Elevator Scoreboard (Mobile App)
A React Native app version of the Elevator scoreboard built with Expo.
Hi, I'm Luca Pulvirenti. Originally from KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, I moved to North Brabant in the Netherlands in 2020 to pursue a specialized degree in Software Engineering at Fontys University of Applied Sciences, which I completed last year. I enjoy building software, especially working on both the front and back ends of web applications.
I'm most at home with front-end work, where I can combine design and code. Outside of that, I like experimenting with sound—combining my interest in tech with electronic music and sound design using Max.
Here are most of the technologies I've used. Some of them are subject to vertical shifts but always move to the right over time
Some of the software development projects I've worked on
A React Native app version of the Elevator scoreboard built with Expo.
A web app where users guess track names from short song snippets to test their music knowledge.
A web scoreboard for the Elevator card game with predictions, charts, and progress tracking.
Converts Markdown notes into video slideshows with images and background music.
AR/VR prototypes that help stroke patients rebuild hand strength using HoloLens and Quest.
Psychometric testing platform with microservices, automation, and secure results storage.
A dashboard that detects toxic comments and supports replying, deleting, and viewing moderation analytics.
Uses LLMs to turn videos, audio, and documents into editable white papers with templated sections and an assistant panel.
A youth‑care journaling app where children track daily activities and emotions with an engaging companion.
A full‑stack app for browsing music events, saving them to Attending or Interested, and letting admins create events and manage users.

Music keeps me sane — here's what's on rotation.
The same curiosity that pulls me into sound design with Max and electronic music also shapes how I build — a soft spot for texture, detail, and things that reward a closer listen.
